Slid the dishwasher out, removed the old hinge and replaced it with the upgraded kit. Appliance repairman wanted $168.00 to do the job and I repaired it for $30.00. Thanks for the great service

Door balance broke
Actually your video lays it out very well. Went exactly as it shows and was very easy. I did not have to pull it out to the point I had to disconnect any water or electrical connections. Worked great! Replaced both sides as the new rollers turn and the old ones did not causing a horrible squeak when the door was opened or closed. Now, no noise at all.

Silverware basket broken
There is nothing easier than this. A real pleasure when the parts come from Paarts Select. One point to mention is that on my particular model there is a removable handle that needs to be replaced on the new unit. 1} remove handle from old basket and discard basket. 2} drill holes in the new basket using the handle as a template. 3} install the handle and screw it in place. Perhaps not all models have this ergonomic handle and they don't need to be replaced.

Leaky valve
Had to find the leak first, which was a big process. Once found, it was a matter of removing the part, looking it up om partselect.com , ordering it and reinstalling which wasn't too difficult. The installation took about 45 minutes. I was psyched to find a website that could simplify this repair without calling a mechanic or plumber!

Soap Door wouldn't open
I first purchased the door assembly because the solenoid was fried. That was a fairly easy installation. Unfortunately the door still didn't open. I then purchased a new Electronic Control Board. The installation was again fairly easy. After killing the power I removed the (10) Torx door fascia screws. Then I removed (2) Torx screws holding the control assembly on. Support this assembly to reduce strain on the wires. Slip the two tabs on the left side of the board that retains it. Carefully remove all of the plug connectors. Then reverse the entire procedure and test.

door balance kit broken
I was standing in the kitchen and heard a pop. Unsure what it was, I found an online video explaining that either the spring or the door balance mechanism was the issue. The video explained how to repair the door balance mechnanism so I removed the cover at the bottom of the dishwasher and found the rope for the door balance had broken. I then knew exactly what part to order. I ordered the balance kit from PartSelect and it was delivered two days later. I began the install and found that I could not pull the dishwasher out far enough to reattach the spring that came loose when the rope broke. I could tell something was holding it, but not sure what. Figuring this out probably took the most time. I thought it was stuck against the counter top so I turned the legs down and still couldn't get it out. I then looked at the plumbing and wiring next, but couldn't tell where the wiring entered the machine since it came from the back and you have about 4" of space to look through while laying on your back on the floor. I finally found the electrical box, took off the cover and could see the wires weren't long enough. I had to shut the circuit breaker off, disconnct the wires and pull them out of the box so I could get access to the sides of the dishwasher. Once that was done the parts fit perfectly and I finished up by reinstalling the wiring, sliding it back to its original position so the counter top screws would line up and readjusting the legs so it was at the right height and balanced side to side. The whole job took about an hour and half. If I had to do it again, I would say 30 minutes at the most. Very easy.

Dishwasher door would slam down.
The door had no resistance when opened and fall down. Then, after awhile, the door began to slam down when open. So I'm guessing that one of the door balances gave out. Then the other. So I unscrewed the screws on each side of the dishwasher and noticed the broken string on each side. Replacement was simple. Connect the springs to the rear of the dishwasher. Attach the strings to the springs, replace the pulleys with the new ones supplied with the kit and attach the other end of the strings to the dishwasher door. Watch the video for more help.

Top rack of dishwasher not getting water. Chopper blade was kicked off from a piece of plastic that got wedged. Chopper screen clogged.
Checked to see if top spinner was clogged. All ok. Wanted to see if water was flowing from bottom. Checked a video to see how to remove parts to access lower area. Saw the problem immediatley. Clogged Chopper screen due to broken chopper blade. Ordered new chopper assembly and got it in two days. Five minuted to install. Washer works like new.

The plastic parts on my door balance kits broke making the door extremely dangerous
The repair was extremely easy as the video was extremely helpful. A word of caution, make sure to watch the entire video before you start. I only watched the video 1/2 way through (as I thought I knew it all). When I (thought) I completed the repair, when I opened the door, polley's went flying everywhere. I finished watching the video and saw that I also had to use the bottom bolts, not just the top bolts. Nothing dangerous, but extremely funny. I then completed the repair W/O a hitch.

Replaced Circulation Pump
Pulled Dishwasher out, turned off power. Did not have to disconnect any hoses or electrical, because when I did the original installation, I left plenty of slack, so as to be able to pull it out. Next, tipped it on it's side, unplugged the harness, undid the bolt, turned motor 1/4 turn, pulled it out. To, re-install, just reversed the process. About 1 hour.Followed Excellent instructions on video. Was very impressed with delivery time. Only about 30 hours, from the time I ordered, to receiving part. Reg. ground.
