It did not appear to be a part that could be replaced. After I looked up the part on Part Select and watched the video I was able to get the part and repair it within three days. Thanks PartSelect.

My blender drive coupling was deteriorated from age and needed to be replaced.
The instructions said to remove the old coupling but there was not much room for a wrench to fit between the old coupling and the blender case. Fortunately I have a set of very slim 1/4 inch hex wrenches which fit the shaft attached to the drive coupling. I was able to unscrew the old coupling and the new coupling then easily screwed onto the shaft to complete the repair.

My old Drive Coupling broke in pieces while grinding.
I would have never figured out how to remove old drive coupling without your on-line video. Using a screw driver to pry it off as discribed the part basically came off the drive shaft without damaging the drive shaft threads.PERFECT, then the new coupling screwed on with ease and the blender was good as new! You even sent a hardcopy of repair instructions with the order, I am impressed with your services, my first time ordering, will not be the last!THANKYOU , Dale

Coupling melted away leaving the base plate only
I followed the easy directions online - using a screwdriver and hammer, I smacked the base plate of the coupling and it unscrewed easily. I had tried to be gentle first - I didn't want to do damage! I lightly screwed the replacement coupler on and began using the machine... just like it used to be!! Very easy... just follow the online directions!

Teeth on Drive Coupling had worn off
This repair was only "a bit difficult" because it was hard to get the drive coupling separated from the motor shaft. Once I worked that with a screwdriver and a pair of needle nose pliers, the actual coupling installation was a breeze. I found the video on the website to be very helpful.

On the initial use of the blender the coupling disintegrated.
This was the first time we used the blender. We bought it a few years ago to replace our old blender and never used it. I think the rubber coupling got hard oveer time. Anyway, I followed the instructions you gave and the repair was quite simple. My wife is elated that the blender was saved. The quick response from you made the experience a great one.
