Agitator wasn't turning on top but bottom half was.
Extremely simple repair, anyone that can turn a ratchet with an extension and socket can do this repair. I think they even have a video with precise instructions available. I let my 14 year old daughter do the job while I watched over her shoulder and she did it without my help, other than my giving her the tools. If you can describe the problem to their sales dept and give them the name and model number of the equiptment, watch their video and have a few tools you can do this repair

The top section of our agitator wasn't turning properly with the lower section
I looked up the issue, and found a related video on YouTube. We ordered the parts, and I was very happy with their price (about 60% less than Sears) and how quickly they arrived. ...... It should be an easy repair, but our agitator top would not separate as it should have. ...... We look it to a local shop, and they said that sometimes the plastic 'fuses' together during factory assembly. They used wire cutters to snip the fused plastic. ...... After that, the rest of the repair was easy: just take out the broken cogs, and insert the new ones, and re-assemble.

Tub was spinning only part time. Had to have help getting started
Installed new clutch assembly and while I was at it replaced the Motor Coupling. Actually, I had a good time doing the repair. I am almost 80 years old, so had to have help laying the washer on backside. Got a small stool from which to work (back problems). The only thing I found the least bit difficult was reinstalling the retaining clip for the clutch assembly. The rest was a piece of cake. Were I to do the same repair now, it would take less than 30 minutes. Washer works like new now. Very proud of what I was able to accomplish. Of course, need to watch the repair video so you will know where to start.

Tub will not spin
After finding out the tub would not spin, I removed the washer to find broken pieces on the floor. I did a google search on my model number and found that the problem was the direct drive motor coupling (it matched the pieces on the floor). So, I watched the "how to" video and I followed the steps verbatim. I found the coupler missing and the plastic pieces on the drive broken. My order came in quickly (within 48 hours) and my washer was running in 20 minutes after receiving the package. It has been great ever since.
