The agitator would spin around instead of going only one direction
I followed the video which was very clear and concise. The actual repair took approximately 20 minutes and went very smoothly. It now functions as designed.

The agitator had stopped working
We got the parts, watched your video a couple of times and then began the repair. It went well with one exception. None of my socket extensions were long enough to work well. The required length might be added to the video and the printed installation instructions. Also it would have nice to have been able to order a small tube of the recommended lubricant. Overall I was very pleased. Jack

washer wasn't agitating
I googled the symptom and watched a video on youtube. From there, I jotted down my machine's model and serial number, and googled 'washing machine parts.' I found your web page to be user-friendly, ordered the agitator cog kit and 3 days later had the parts. It was simple to reassemble. Works like a champ!! I'm a 55 year old single woman.

Agitator stopped working
Removed Agitator, replaced parts according to the "how-to" video on your website. Then re-assembled. Very easy! Especially after watching the GREAT, EASY TO FOLLOW video. a $20 part probably saved me at least $200 over calling a repairman. Thank You!

Top half of agitator was not functioning.
I watched a video that showed how to replace the dog ears. The video made it look quite simple, so I thought I would give it a try. I ordered the agitator repair kit and purchased the 10" socket extension at a local hardware store. I did not order the agitator grease, because it is very expensive. Instead, I purchased a small container of white silicone grease to lubricate the agitator. The agitator was extremely easy to disassemble. The dog ears that were supposed to be in the agitator were COMPLETLY disintegrated. I assembled the agitator repair kit, which was incredibly easy, and was ready to reinstall the repaired agitator. I took some time to clean the agitator and, quite frankly, that took longer than the repair. To anyone considering attempting this repair, I would say do not hesitate. Not only was it easy, it was actually pretty fun. It was also very satisfying to see this tired, old Maytag washer working perfectly again. And all for less than $40 including tools & grease!!!

The agitator stopped moving because the little teeth on the doohickey had worn off ... Clothes not turning or being brought down or up
My hubby had JUST left for vacation the day prior - now I've got myself and 3 kiddies that need clean clothes and I have to save the day... All I needed was a socket with an extension to get to that nut all the way down the shaft after popping the center cap off. Once that was done the column came right out and I just put together the cam agitator assembly the exact way it was in the washer, about 3 parts and a rubber washer and gasket - super simple!! I ordered the part expedited (for obvious reason) and Parts Direct for the exact part I ordered to me within 2 days - will definitely order from them again!!

cold water came out really low and machine made a fairly loud noise
Follow the video for replacing the part if you're not handy. I watched part of it because I haven't played with (repaired) a washer in a long time. Mark the wire connections before removing them from the valve not critical but helpful. I actually needed the video for replacing the clips.

Hot water stopped flowing and had a small leak
This was a pretty easy repair that only cost about $30 and 20 minutes to do. The video was very useful even though the Inlet was slightly different than the original. Putting the housing back on was the toughest part. The one thing they failed to mention is that you may have to unhook the outlet on the washing machine depending on how much room you have to work. I've never worked on a washing machine before so I was very happy with the ease it took to replace this part and that the diagnosis was correct. I bet this would have cost over $125 to have a repairman do it. I also found it easier to do with two people. We simply unhooked the hoses...remember which is which. It might be a good time to check and replace the hoses too. My cold water hose is in bad shape so I know now to replace it soon. After unhooking the hoses and the outlet...and unplugging it, we moved it to an open area to work on. Simply unscrew the control panel and flip it back, then uncl the wires to the lower part of the machine. Unclip the hinges and pull the body off. Then unscrew the old inlet, unclip the hose and the circuits...again remember which goes where but they are color coded. Toss the old one and replace with the new one and reverse everything you just did.

Agitator spinning, not churning.
watched the parts select video showing how it was done. from there it was a simple process. popped off the fabric softener cap, and the seal cap. then used the socket wrench to unscrew the bolt. took off the cog holder, and turned upside down. The video was great, because it perfectly explained how to position the Agitator Directional Cogs (dogs)when replacing. the ridge went face down into the slot. Put the holder back in, replaced the bolt, cap, etc. and it as finished. Again, this is an easy fix, and the video perfectly explained the process.

Cogs were stripped
Popped the top of the Agitator off by hand, removed the softener cap protecting the Retaining nut by hand and used a 3/8 in socket driver with an extension and a 7/16 in socket to remove the retaining nut. Pulled top of Agitator off shaft, flipped it over and removed the Dog Ear housing. Removed retaining ring, removed and replaced Dog Ears (Cogs) and reassembled...less than 15 minute fix!
