The microwave outer frame was broken. It is an old model
I searched in the website, I got the picture of the frame you had available for the Model and copied it in my computer. The frame had been placed on a graph paper. I counted the squares on the graph paper, measured the one I had and it was the same measurement. So, I ordered it.
We were able to install it perfectly well. WOW! THis is a lot easier than going around town looking for one and not finding it!
Thanks!!!

Screws was missing in the package
I used the similar screws of my own for temporary until I found parts from PartSelect.com to buy. After I ordered and when it arrives, I just simply replace the missing screws and screwed them in to get LCD TV and LCD TV Stand together firmly without a problem which is much better than the wrong screws I used for temporary.

Operates but does not heat
Found blowup drawings inside unit, which helped identify what I had to remove. Had neighbor assist in lifting unit from wall mount, unit slides easily from rails once top bolts are removed. Pay attention to where all the screws go as you remove them, some inside assemblies will have to be removed or loosened. A good guideline to go by is all black screws hold internal assemblies, the bronze screws go in the back side and the chrome screws go on top, sides, and front of the unit. I was able to lift unit back on rails without any assistance.

Door handle broke
This is the second time the handle broke, so I learned from the first time -- although it was more than 10 years ago since the last repair. To familiarize myself, I checked out Youtube videos about replacing this part. I learned that I needed to pry off the frame on the inside of the door -- which was easy -- and I onlly had to pry it off about 3/4 of the way in order to access the bottom screw of the handle. The top screw is accessible without having to pry off the frame. Easy DIY project.
