Missing Part on a Scratch and Dent Microwave

We bought a really nice microwave for about 1/3rd of the MSRP, but it was an open box item and when we got it home we found that it was missing a bracket on the inside of the microwave. We were able to replace the bracket easily thanks to partselect.com.

Bulb entirely to small and unopened

Should be about 1 5/8 inch with 3/8 inch prongs. Sent bulb won’t fit.
JennAire book showed
Part 74004458-halogen bulb part PS 11765655 was substituted.
I paid additional shipping so my son could install when here. My husband and I are 79 and unable to bend into the oven.
I need the correct part
where do I return the unopened $29.95 bulb for credit on my card and receive the correct one?????

INTERIOR OVEN LIGHT

EASILY REMOVED GLASS COVER INSIDE OVEN AND REMOVED SMALL HALOGEN LIGHT BULB.
RECEIVED REPLACED WITHIN TWO DAYS OF ORDER AND REPLACED BULB AND GLASS COVER IN ABOUT 10 MINUTES.
MOST DIFFICULTY WAS HAVING TO BEND DOWN TO REACH INSIDE OF OVEN TO LOCATE POSITION TO INSERT BULB.

Old microwave glass tray shattered while warming a hard-boiled egg.

Part broken

We ordered element support 3 times and all three times it came broken. The part is made of porcelain and is fragile , representative asked warehouse to pack it in the box and part still came in envelope.
Requested refund and ordered directly from factory.
