Timer would not turn. The knob was slipping.
I went to your web suite to get part numbers. Found your videos. It told me what my problem was and how to fix it. Pull clip off. install new knob reinstall clip done. Very easy and fast. I couldn't even get a repairman out that fast.
After pulling the knob out ( on position) a white retainer clip was visible behind the knob. Using a paper clip bent in to a "J" shape I was able to easily remove the retainer clip and knob . The old knob had several stripped teeth that caused the problem. The new knob came with the retainer clip installed . The knob slipped on and locked in position.
Pulled off the handle with the kneedle nose pliers replaced the plastic piece in that, then pulled off the plate that turns the machine on and just snapped the new one on. Only took seconds and saved alot of money. Considering just to have a repair man come to see what was wrong would have cost me $88.00.
Selector knob would not engage to select wash cycle. Teeth on knob were worn/broken.
Removed existing knob by using pliers to release clip from shaft. Inserted new knob (with clip attached) onto shaft and aligned with shaft groove to engage clip. Easy breezy.
An older gentleman neighbor needed help finding a part for his machine. We checked local parts stores to no avail. I researched the internet, found your site and ordered the part. My adult son put the part on in less than 15 minutes. Our neighbor was very happy. We will tell any one in our neighborhood to order parts here. We followed the part watching UPS. The part arrived at the exact day and time. It couldn't be easier.
Using the 1" putty, push in on the 2 clips holding the top of the washer. Lift top, exposing the top of tub. Remove old rubber seal from top edge of tub. To ease installation of new seal, stretch it over the edge of tub which tensions it, then start tucking the outer lip along the outside edge, tilting the seal towards the outside edge until the seal is completely in its groove all around. I had to hold down on the seal to keep it from rolling off while I lowered the top back down. When the lid is down, push hard to engage the 2 clips that lock it down.
