Washer start and deep rinse switch started the washer to fill lights on switches lit up .then washer filled normal washer stopped and will no longer start .this prob had happened before prob. Was intermittent.but now no start nolights

Before replacing this part, we recommend checking the interlock switch, part number PS1481922, the push-to-start switch, part number PS3487190, and the door switch, part number PS2344321. Check with the multimeter, if any of these parts do not show continuity, replace them. If these parts are fine, we suggest inspecting the lid lock assembly, part number PS3496878. Removed the front Dryer panel. Left drum in place and lifted it up slightly to get access to motor drive. Slipped belt in place and put panel back on. This was a first attempt ever at fixing an appliance and it was no big deal.
