Coils frozen in refrigerator
Cooling coils froze up. Removed back panel in freezer section. After thawing coils, manually advanced defrost timer to check if fan stopped and defrost (heat) strips energized. Fan did stop, but heating strips did not energize to thaw coils. Used electrical meter to determine circuit was open at defrost thermostat. Ordered replacement and installed in about 20 minutes. lower left shelf support was broken
I removed all contents from the lower shelf. I, then removed both of the pull out drawers. Secondly, I removed the lower glass shelf and the glass support tray. At this point all four plastic shelf supports were accessible. I removed the inner screw from all four supports and replaced with four new shelf supports. Then reassembled in reverse order. Very easy to do!

Identifying the part on the parts diagram took the longest. Finding the screw driver bit that would remove the old screw that held the original shelf support took longer than the actual repair.
Once I identified the bit that would remove the screw, the rest of the repair took 5 minutes. I removed the screw and discarded the remains of the original but now broken shelf support. With the same screw I simply attached the new shelf support that I received from PartSelect.com. End of story.

Wow!!! It really was easy.
Well, let's see. I ordered the crisper shelf glass online and it arrived the very next day. I opened the box and removed the packing materials. It was the bubbles so I went ahead and popped a few for old times sake. Then I placed the glass in the correct spot, removed the stickers and I was back in business. I'm pretty good.
