Broken shelf glass
It was a perfect fit at 13 1/8 x 22 3/4 inches.

The glass must be forced under the white plastic drawer housing. Otherwise it will appear to be too long at the back. A gentle nudge will seat it properly.

Bottom door hinge was lost during move
I had lost the bottom hinge during a move and so I rigged the hinge using an old tv antenna and the door never really quite worked right and it was VERY annoying. I stumbled upon this site and was surprised how inexpensive the part I needed was. I was very impressed with the speed of shipping and the install took maybe 5 minutes. The fridge works as good as new. Thanks a ton!

Cristal fell and broke when cleaning at sink
Installation was super easy. I just removed first both drawers and then the base where the glass was installed, placed the new glass there carefully making sure that it fitted inside the gap to secure it and place everything back to the fridge the way it was. Presto!

The gasket on the refrigerator door was damaged
Removal of the original gasket was easy and required no tools. Based on compression in the shipping container, the new gasket was deformed. Using a shallow broiler pan, I brought water to a lite boil. The deformed gasket areas were placed in the water for approximately 10-seconds then placed in cool water. The new gasket came with specific instructions for this task. The instructions provided were easy to understand and accomplished the job

There were two (2) shelves to be replaced the glass over the Food Fresh Bins, plastic encased glass shelf
On the move-in cleaning of the refrigerator I accidentally broke the glass encased shelf, and I don't believe there was a cover (glass or otherwise) in place that covered the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable bins. Wondering through the internet I found Part Select, ordered Parts 224 and 228. Installation really did take less than 30 minutes including, washing, drying, and placement of the two shelves. It's exactly what was needed. The refrigerator once again looks like a refrigerator with all the shelves in place. The customer service folks were more than helpful. All you need to do before placing the order is look at what you need to replace, write down the the model number, the serial number of your product part needed and chat with the customer service folks. All should go well. I'm happy.

Someone (my wife) accidentally broke the glass shelf on the refrigerator in a rental cabin.
I crossed my fingers an hoped the part would get to our remote cabin in Oquossic, Maine. It arrived by Fed Ex during our second week. I unpacked it and slid it into place. No harm/no foul! Whew! Imagine what the rental company would have charged for the repair. I paid $36 with shipping.

Defroster fan burned up
First I removed the ice tray rack lifting it out of the way to reach the back cover of the fan. Then, the whole back inside panel had to be removed. Two screws removed the fan and bracket from the freezer unit. The missing bumper lid just snapped into place. Replaced everything in reverse order. Pretty easy job.
