Just slid out the old rack and pushed in the new one. As a 70 year old lady with NO mechanical skills, it took me longer to get it out of the shipping box than into the dishwasher.

Dishwasher was leaking water onto the floor
I viewed a very short video on how to replace the lower gasket on the website which was extremely useful. I then ordered the part via standard shipping and it arrived very quickly. I used the flat head screwdriver to gently loosen the old gasket which has mineral buildup on it and was stuck into place. Sliding the new one in was a snap. This was one of the best sites as you could search for the part by describing the problem. I would definitely use it again!

Rusty dishwasher racks
Repair was very easy and the price was the best part. I called around to local appliance repair shops and they quoted prices from $318 to $440 for two replacement racks. I spent less than half my lowest quoted price at PartSelect. Also to note, customer service was excellent. One of the racks I received had some of the white coating missing, and they replaced without hassle. I would highly recommend PartSelect.
