Noisey drain pump
Removed bottom panel, Disconnected wires, put a pan under drain hose and disconnected it using pliers, let it drain,. Removed hose clamp from dishwasher and removed pump. Installed new pump in the reverse order. (note: I used screw type hose clamps on both hoses, as getting pliers in the small area, was a pain)

Leaking dishwasher
I was ready to just buy a new dishwasher, I was sure that this leaking (flooding) was serious and I didn't want to pay a repairman big $$ to tell me I needed a new machine...So, I found this website and the "Instant repairman" suggested these parts and I saw reviews from other customers who did it, and I decided it was worth a try well anyway the repair was so simple and for one part there was even a video...The machine does not leak anymore and I am thrilled. For the Bottom Gasket just watch the video and the Tub gasket I only needed a screwdriver and siscors...just pull the old one out and put the new one in starting on one side and pushing in to the gap as you go, trim the other end as needed.

Dishwasher would not drain
Purchased new drain pump thinking that was the issue. When I was installing I noticed the drain hose was clogged. Since the way out cabinets were installed by the previous owner getting the dishwasher out is a little more complex so installed the drain pump and drain hose just to make sure. Runs like new!

leak at left front at bottom
I found the source of the leak, which was a worn rubber piece that had come apart. I ordered a new piece from your company, and when it arrived, I slipped it into a channel at the bottom of the door. It WORKED! No more leak. the part you sent worked perfectly.

Previous Upper Spray Arm Broke
Website very easy to use to get to parts. Diagrams wonderfully helpful to confirm which part is needed. Ordering part very easy and pricing is fair and competitive. PartSelect kept me informed of part being shipped via email. Part well packaged and intact when received. Viewed extremely helpful "how to" video which further reassured me to order part and increased my confidence that I can do it. Took my time inserting the part and found it to be very easy! Wow! My dishwasher operates like it did when it was new! Great to know that replacement parts exist!
