Ice Maker flooded our floor and then no Ice but we still had water
Reading the other repair stories really helped. Once we read a few and were able to find a schematic that was close to our model number on your website we realized we had a dual water valve where one solenoid-operated switch could stop working(No ICE but water) we located the dual valve on the interior back of the fridge and plugged the part number into your website that showed us the replacement part number. It was pretty much unplug and replace. Thank-You! A+++++++++
