Bracket was broken near the front mounting location causing the rt drawer
First i removed everything from the bottom shelf, removed the glass, then removed the entire bracket assembly. Then removed the front metal strip to expose the front mounting screw, then removed the rear screw. Installed the new part and reversed the procedure.

I simply snapped the two end pieces into place, attaching the guard rail. It was like putting the pieces of a very easy puzzle together‚ especially for someone like myself who is mechanically challenged.
The replacement cap fit perfectly. Unfortunately when the orinigal cap broke it tookout a small piece of the surrounding plastic leaving nothing for the new cap to catch. I have the piece and tried several kinds of glue but nothing holds it securely enough. I would however readily recommend your company. The service was terrific. Thank you.
I watched the video online, followed the instructions and within minutes had the part installed. The frig light was working once again! I will say the original switch was very snug and I had to do some very minor scraping of the plastic to get the new part to slide in.
Turned off the breaker to the fridge because I couldn't reach the power plug to unplug it . Use small flat head screwdriver to pop out the piece, disconnected the rubber prong connectors, inserted the new piece into the rubber prongs snapped it back into place. Flipped the breaker back on and prayed it worked. It did and I saved myself $120 service call.
The freezer just cool but could not freeze the water and the front of door is quite hot to touch.
First I observe that the compressor motor is running since the freezer is cooling. The purchase of the condenser fan is initiated and when the part arrive it is just easy to reinstall the replacement condenser fan.
The problem on the front of the freezer door remains hot to touch and the compressor runs for a while and stop. The freezer is cold but still could not freeze the water. Inspection of the condenser fan reveals that it is not running. The order for the condenser fan from PARTSELECT came in a few days. Cleaning of the condenser of lint was first done and the process of removing the defective fan is just easy so with the installation.
The refrigerator as of now is running in perfect condition!

Had to defrost a bit and then was able to remove rear freezer panel by simply removing the 2 screws holding it in place. Old motor easily removed from its mounting bracket. and replaced with the new. Had to use the two wires sent with the motor. I clipped off the male connectors and joined them with wire splicers to the black and red wires clipped from the old motor. Then reinstalled. The replacement motor works great. I was afraid the old fan blade might not fit but it slid on perfectly.
Original evaporator fan (31 years old) was making a lot of worn bearing noise
Empty freezer; Remove shelves and ice trays; Unscrew and remove the rear vertical panel; Unscrew and remove fan housing; Unscrew and remove fan from fan housing; Fan blade slides off the motor shaft without tools. Reverse order to reassemble with new fan motor.
I did have to use the wire extensions that were included as the replacement motor had the electric connections in a different location from the original motor.
0. As a safety precaution, unplug the range or hit the relevant fuse breaker before you start. You might also want to grab a flashlight. Definitely do not try to do this while the oven is hot. 1. Pinch the wire over the light bulb cap to remove it. This is inside the oven at the back. 2. Pop off the hemispherical glass cap. 3. Unscrew the old light bulb, and screw the new light bulb in its place. 4. Put the cap back. 5. Secure the cap by putting the wire back in its slots on the cap.
No tools needed, the cap is just held in place with pressure from the wire.

Replacing the new part wasn't hard, just very time consuming and frustrating. I had to remove two-thirds of the shelving of refrigerator as broken drawer slide was on the bottom and I had to have room to remove old and replace new. Of course, then I had to CLEAN all the drawers and shelving before replacing them and then, because they were fresh and clean, I had to remove the other third of shelving and wash and replace it. So, it was an hour-long or more time. I love your business, and had no idea I could get so many parts for old applicance and replace them myself, and I am a 70-year-old woman! This was the 2nd time to use your site and I will return to it again when needed. Thanks for prompt and reliable service and a site that makes it easy for a neophyte like me to find the broken part ! The plastic parts that hold the brackett to the shelf were broken.
The part just snapped into the shelf bar. Extremely easy to fix. Since you show the part in a grid I was able to tell, by holding my old piece up to the screen, that the new part would be the correct size. We have rentals and are always needing parts for appliances. Impossible to find locally. Also the part came so quickly it was almost as good as buying it here in town. Thanks. Donna Bingham
