On front panel it shows f11 and beeps.

Hello Les, Thank you for the question. The F11 error code means the control board is sensing a stuck or shorted key on the touch membrane. You can turn power off to the oven for 5 minutes and push each key and turn the power back on and see if the error code has cleared. You can also check the wiring between the Keypad and the Control Board to make sure there is no damage and everything is secure. We hope this helps.
The f11 code is on and oven beeps. I pushed each key and that didn't work. The wiring between the keypad and control panel is good. Is the problem a keypad or control board?
For model number CPEB30S9FC3
Hi Les,
Thank you for your question. The F11 error code means that you have a shorted keypad. Try cutting power to the oven for a few moments and then restore the power to see if this removes the error code. If this does not help, you will need to replace the control panel assembly. The part number listed under your model number for the control panel assembly is PS1529119. To place an order for the part you may order it either online or by calling our customer service line at 1-800-901-6912 and anyone will be happy to assist you. We hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day.

Closer inspection revealed that the element had shorted somehow to the oven itself and caused the element to become non-functional. I ordered from PD and the part arrived just a few days letter by regular shipping. I undid the screws holding in the element, undid the wire connectors and replaced the broken element with the new one. The element worked like a charm and I was back in business for cooking.
