the grease filter was no longer usable from too many washings
took it out and dropped in the new filter. Total time about 2 minutes

Replace the oven door seal and oven window
For those with an older Jenn-Air, this range has stood up under the test of time and is still in good condition. We even called Jenn-Air for the parts and they no longer carry the oven door seal for this make. Thank you PartSelect for carrying the seal. We did call in a repair man and are glad we did as taking apart the door was quite involved. We were very blessed to locate a repair man who did Jenn-Air and are very pleased with the repair.
