an F7 code kept reaading on appliance
Codes are found in instruction manual taped to inside of oven by control panel. A code F7 is stickey touch panel.
Removed three screws holding panel, pushed back wire clip for cable plug in, remove wires, unscrewed control module from panel, put in new, reverse order to install.
Removed three screws from under control panel, which holds it in place. Carefully removed the panel from the oven. Very carefully removed the power strip block which connects the control panel to the control box. Remove the four screws from the control box. Than replaces the old control box to the new control panel and attache the new power strip to control box. And put it all back together. May sounds confusing but, it's easy. You'll see, you can do it!
Turned off oven breaker at main panel. Took oven door off for easier access. Removed two machine screws from bottom of top panel. Removed (unplugged) control ribbon cable from electronic control module. Removed four screws that attach the electonic control module and then screwed it onto new replacement part. Replaced control panel on top of over and turned on electricity at main panel. Everything works. GOT PART THE DAY AFTER I ORDERED IT.... UNBELIEVABLE!
