Water continually flowing into the machine.
Unplugged the machine, removed the rear panel and then removed the old water inlet valves. Replaced the water valves with the new one purchased through Parts Select. Installed the back panel on the machine, plugged the machine in and reconnected both the hot and cold water hoses. Tested machine works like a new one again, problem resolved.

Cogs were worn out
Because your video was done so well, it only took about 10 minutes to make the replacement. I was really impressed when my tracking notice was e-mailed it included the link to the instructional video. I will recomend your web site to others.

Center stack (auger) did not turn with agitator
I was skeptical that this would take less than 15 minutes, but it actually took closer to 5 minutes! (1) Remove the fabric softener cup from the top of the auger by pulling up on the collar as indicated. (2) Pry the cap off the auger with a small screwdriver. (3) Use a long 1/2 inch socket extender (with no socket on it) to unscrew the plastic retainer for the mechanism at the top of the auger. Remove the mechanism. (4) In the mechanism, there's a thin collar holding in the agitator directional cogs. Pry that collar up to remove it. This was the trickiest part. I was afraid of breaking that collar but it survived. (5) Replace the cogs. (6) Reverse the previous steps.

plastic cams wore out, top of agitator slipping
Did the same as the video instuctions on this web site. One small step done to get the agitator apart was to melt the tabs with the soldering gun that the factory melted in manufacturing the washer. The tabs coming through the bottom of the top piece of agitator where melted to prevent the two pieces from seperating. All the rest was the same as the video.
