There was a buzzing sound when washer was turned on and did not work in spin cycle.
First let me say that I received the within 24 hours from when I ordered it online. Disconnected electric and water hoses .Removed screws on the top control panel then flipped it back from washer housing . Removed washer housing to expose main motor. Removed motor clips and screws . Removed motor coupling . Installed new coupling . Put it all back together . Works great!

Poor agitation
Thurs. followed video directions, found the dogs to be defective and around 2 pm ordered dogs on line. To my surprise, on Friday around 11 am the dogs arrived. My husband installed them and the agitator is fine. I was so amazed at how quickly the dogs came. The machine was ready to go in less than a day. Thank you for your efficiency.

the top of agitator would not turn
Everything we needed was include in the Agitator repair kit to fix the problem of my agitator not turning. Easy to replace the old parts with the new. Machine works beautifully now. Happy that I only had to pay for repair kit instead of buying a whole new machine or having repair man to come and fix it. Would recommend everyone to check here first for problems with machines. Love the video that shows step by step instructions on how to install parts. Will use this website again when needed.

bushing between motor and transmision broke
watched the video on line showed how to do it took about 45 min no problem

washer would not spin or agitate.
electric unplugged, removed water lines. two screws on back of control housing removed, tilted housing back, removed two clips on top of washer housing, removed body. tilted washer backward, removed brackets on water pump and electric motor, pulled motor off and removed broken parts on shaft, replaced with new parts. Lining up motor shaft to washer was a bit tricky but time and patience got it togather. replaced brackets on motor and water pump. put washer upright and put body back on the body has to be set on guides correctly or will not set right. replace clips andtilt top down and screw it. hook up water lines, and electric.

Erratic agitator operation
Found excellent video on website that showed all needed operations very clearly. Followed printed directions.

Would not spin,but would fill and drain and could hear motor and trans worked
Follow instructions in part repair video from part select,but put washer on back first to see if can access area without removing the whole outer cover we did not even need to do that step only took 20 minutes to replace coupling. The video was great

Washer wouldn't spin and we could see coupling was broken
We watched the how to video...repair took less than 15 minutes. You can't go wrong if you just watch the easy to follow video! Washer works as good as new.
