Dryer wouldn't start
My experience was a positive one. I called the company and read the part number from kitchen aid and the technician on the other line knew exactly what i needed. He gave me the part number and the price and took care of my order. Within 3-5 days i received my part. I am really happy with this company and i will call again when one of my applicances is not working.

The door catch had broken and would no longer hold the door closed to allow the cycle to start.
The door catchh is easily removed by sqweezing the base and pulling out through the opening from where it was installed. The replacemet simply installs in reverse order. There are two such catches on the door. Reversing the catch from the hinge side of the door will help keep you going until the replacement parts arrive. I suggest ordering two replacements and keeping the used parts for temporary use if you should have trouble again.

The door catch had broken.
When the part came in it was really simply. All I had to do was push the new catch into the hole and make sure it was in all the way and secure. A repair man would have charged at least $65 and it took me all of 1 minute to do.
