dryer would not heat
removed back panel located heater coil assembly, bottom left of dryer. removed back screw holding heater coil assembly, difficult because it was two feet back where i was. screw was small 1/4 inch. removed wires to thermostat and fuse to remove heater assembly. removed thermostat and thermal fuse, installed new thermostat and thermal fuse. installed new coil. replaced cover to coil assembly. attached heater coil assembly back to its place inserted screw and replaced panel. threw in some wet towels started dryer and worked perfectly.

Dryer door snap broke
'Twas a "SNAP" - Juss pull the ole wun owt wiff small nose plars, poosh in tha knew wun 'til she "Snaps". Close door an dry clothes

Dryer no longer heating
Our Dryer was no longer heating, upon opening the bottom of the dryer, there was a large amount dryer lint in the bottom. I cleaned it out and found the coil was no longer heating. Order parts from Partselect.com The parts were a perfect match! Identical to the original parts. The repair was simple once I decided to remove the back of the dryer. A lot of screws but with a driver it went quickly.

no heat when drying clothes
My husband changed the part but part select was very helpful. With their free repair help site it made repairing a breeze! We will use parts select again and again. I did order all the parts we might have needed and only needed one. Now I will return the others.

removed old one installed new one.

Dryer was throwing a E1 Error
Took the back dryer cover off and removed the lint cover all from the back of the dryer then replaces the Thermistor (held with 2 screws).

My dryer had stop working and the terminal block, wires, and dryer plug burnt out
I replace the terminal block, wires , and dryer plug I unscrewed the back of the dryer and basically replace was burnt out. I was about to pay 200.00 to have it done but I looked on youtube and seen how easy it was so I just chose the site to order what I needed to be replace and it arrived quickly and more affordable to do it myself. Thanks I hope the was useful.

dryer doesn't complete it's cycle
Removal of the back panel was easy - 9 screws - replaced both the thermistor and the two-terminal thermal fuse - put back panel on - supplied power - tested it - works like a champ.

Felt wears on the dryer lint screen
No repair. Just replaced the screens in the dryer and they slide in and out to clean. The felt gets worn fast.

Door Catch broken

Dryer stopped heating
(Always unplug dryer before making any repairs) I opened the dryer and checked the heating element. Making sure that the connection was good and nothing was damaged, I determined the problem was overheated wires. They melted and lots connection. I replaced them with the heating element wire connection kit. Easy to install and simple to get right. I cleaned the dryer again with a vaccum cleaner, removing all the lint, and checked the vents, making sure they were clear...I turned the breaker on (it was tripped when the dryer overheated)and everything worked great.

Old filter screen was torn at edge of plastic rim
replaced with new one which had been improved upon by a brace down the middle of the screen.
