refrigerator would not run
The Sears man came out and told me it was the thermostat that needed to be replaced and it would cost $321 plus tax. I went on youtube and watched the Partselect video several times and decided to order the part after seeing how easy it was to install. Total cost $65. I put the laptop on the counter and watched it as I installed it. It helped that I could go back and watch a certain part if there was a problem. But I had no problems and installed it in 20 minutes. Very, very simple to do. Of course I had to pay $75 to the Sears man but I saved about $200 . Thanks Partselect.

Ice dispenser on door was disfunctional
The hardest part was figuring out how to get the front panel escutcheon panel off. With the putty knife under the bottom flange, you need to push down with some effort on the part of the flange where the drip pan slides in and twist the putty knife to disengage the locking tab. Once the panel is off, the rest of the job is easy with the aid of your video. Everything works like new...thanks.

Garage refrigerator. Vauvle froze and ruptured.
Removed old valve. New valve does not provide for filter without modification. oOld valve used compression nut which had to be removed. Smooth cut with utility knife and push in. Needed a 1/4 inch compression coupling to hok up ice maker connection to 1/4 inch plastic hose fro the valve.

Ice Maker stopped working. Already replaced Photo Eye
Top left mounted Icemaker facing front. Disconnect power to fridge. Using 1/4" nut driver remove single silver nut under right rear side. It holds a plastic cover over the electrical connection, unhook the cover and remove it. Release clips under front lip under both sides and entire icemaker will slip and twist out. Remove electrical connection to ice tray. Place assembly on bench and remove 3- 1/4 hex screws from under side to release bottom tray. Snap cover off motor and remove. Carefully align pin and arm on control assembly to ice tray and-re assemble. May take 30 min to dispense. Discard till clear.
