Lower (bake) igniter replacement
Instructions included were inadequate. Igniter is held to burner bracket with 2 screws, both of which broke and needed to be drilled out and replaced but were not included with igniter. Wires were not long enough to access ceramic wire nuts without removing oven.

Replacement of oven igniter
I followed the instructions provided by others to remove the burner assembly to make it easier to access and remove the ignitor screws (1 screw top in front and 2 screws below burner assembly. Removing the entire burner made the repair much easier. Recommend reading through and following the instructions posted - VERY USEFUL info!!

Sometimes oven would not relight.
Removed heat deflector shield, on the bottom of oven that has two screws. Then I removed the screw on the front of the burner so I could lift the burner up a small amount, then I used a 1/4 inch socket on a ratchet and removed the two bolts that hold the oven lighter. I cut the two wires off the old lighter and reattached with wire nuts to the new lighter. Remount the new lighter, put burner back with screw, and put the heat deflector shield in place, and you are done.

Oven won't start (bake burner) but broiler will. Diagnosed it as the igniter for the bake burner not pulling enough amps to open the gas safety valve.
Unplug oven. Crack the door open and pull up, it will come off the hinges. After door is removed, pull the bottom drawer out and remove it as well. Remove the oven racks. Now you have room to work inside and under the oven. Remove the two screws holding the oven floor down with a screwdriver, they are located inside in the back. Now push the floor toward the back and lift up, it will come right out. There is a lip in front that you have to get it past before being able to lift it out. Now the burner and igniter are exposed. On my oven the two screws holding the igniter to the burner were underneath the burner and I could not get to them without removing the burner. To do this, remove the 1/4" screw holding the burner to the front of the oven and the two 1/4" screws holding it to the back wall. It will then lift right out with igniter attached. It would have been easier to remove the two screws in the back if I would have had a socket for them. Now cut the wires off of the old igniter remembering which one goes to which plug, you need to match them up the same way with the new one. Replace igniter with new one and connect the wires back together using the provided ceramic caps. Feed excess wire back through the hole below the back of the oven and mount the burner back to the back wall and front of the oven. Be sure to line it up right so it sits correctly over the gas outlet. Put everything else back together, and you're done! Pretty simple, really.
