The stove top works. I reset the breaker but still no power to oven control. There is no time or any other function showing, the screen is blank. Should I change the oven control board?

Stove top works. Oven does not go on - temperature gauge doesnt move, oven does not heat. Replaced the thermal fuse. Could the problem be the control panel needs to be replaced? Had a repair person here - he was clueless.
For model number KDRP407HSS4
Hello Debi, Thank you for your inquiry. We have researched your model and if it is not heating, we recommend checking the bake and broil elements, the main power terminal block, the control board, and the temperature sensor. You can test the parts with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. You should also check the wiring harness for any visible damage. Hope this helps.
