Hello Ron, Thank you for the question. Using a putty knife slip it in around the trim gently prying the trim away from the door to pop it off. You may also need to remove the drip try to see if there is a screw that needs to be replaced underneath. Hope this helps!

How to pop off trim access panel mfg's pn wr38x10337. I am using a 1 1/2" putty knife and slipping in under the panel (various places) and it is not popping off. I hesitate to use too much leverage. What is the trick? Thanks, tom

Hi Tom,
Thank you for your question. It sounds like you're doing it the correct way. Sometimes, when you remove the drip tray at the bottom, you can actually pop the trim off from there. You will see a little seam between the cavity and the trim once the drip tray is out of the way. Sometimes slipping your putty knife into that area and pushing out gives you a lot better leverage. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
