Just put a new cam and thimble on the bottom of the regular door because it was dragging and it is quiet and lubed and moves smooth but still needs a push to shut. Seals properly, looks aligned, etc. It used to swing its self shut without assistance. When i pulled it apart, there was a piece of worn plastic that dropped out but i don't see it in the diagram. There is a stud that sticks up behind the cam and i think i'm missing a piece.Any intel or help? Thanx, denny
For model number GSH255GPASS
Hi Dennis,
Thank you for your inquiry. I believe you are referring to the hinge riser cam, part number PS284997. If the door is not closing correctly you may need to add this part to fix the door. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
