This dishwasher stops mid cycle. I've already replaced the control board. I've read other forums that say there may be a bad sensor.

Hello Michael, Thank you for the question. The Vane Sensor DD32-00011A monitors the position of the wash vane motor and communicates the position to the electronic control board. If defective it could be sending the control board the incorrect communications and causing this issue. Hope this helps!

This is a proxy switch for the vane motor. Does it have anything to do with water discharge? Ie: Open a valve?
For model number DW80H9930US
Hi Arnold,
Thank you for your question. I do not believe so. This is your temperature sensor. I would suggest taking a look at the valve directly. It could be that is the part that is the problem. Good luck with your repair.

Turn power on adjust to normal , try start water won’t go in and then freezes up and can’t even adjust normal heavy etc. Turn power off at breaker and back on turn on and it does same thing. Machine is 1 1/2 years old, water valve is good. What next?
For model number Dw80j7550ug
Hi Jeannie, Thank you for the question. I suggest testing the valve with a Multi Meter to check for resistance, to know for sure if the valve is the defective part. Hope this helps!
