Touchpad Overlay WB27T10514

My range every couple of days will flash f7 on the clock face. According to the repair website it could be the control board (about 70-80 dollars or a stuck button on the panel ($111.00) sometimes if i hit the clear button it is ok but other times i can't get the controls to do anything unless i come back later or cut the power for a while. Is there a way to unstuck a button if you take it apart. Buying a control board i can live with but $111.00 for a bunch of buttons. Ouch.
