Top element stays on inside stove. Temperature is set at 375f, non convection. burns top of food, replaced temperature probe with OEM GE part, Issue is still present. Temperature rises way above set limit of 375. Do I need to replace a relay? if yes, part number?
thanks
For model number PCS968DR3WW
Hi Garry, thank you for getting in touch. Based on the description, the issue is probably with the oven relay, part number PS953104. It helps regulate the oven temperature. You may need to replace the relay to fix the issue. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!

ALL burners are not working on this glasstop GE model. Checked range voltage input. Could it be this relay? How to confirm?
For model number PCS968SR1SS
Hello Jean, Thank you for the question. If all the elements are out on the cooktop, it is normally an indication there is a wiring issues. The relay would only effect the Oven. We suggest checking the wiring to the Elements. We hope this helps!

I have no power to convection fan motor when in convection bake mode. Would this cause this ?
For model number CS980SN1SS
Hi Scott, thank you for reaching out. Based on our research, first you need to make sure there is no issue with the wiring and it is properly in place. If that is not causing the issue, then you may need to check the electronic control board, part number PS8754526, as it is most likely faulty. We hope this helps!
Oven will heat up to desired temperature, but cuts off randomly sometimes while preheating, during baking or broiling. Could it be the relay, the relay daughter board or the frame board? The control panel has been changed.
For model number PB975SP4SS
Hello Tom, thank you for your inquiry. According to our research, we would recommend checking the temperature sensor, part number PS10059162. It measures the oven temperature and sends the information to the control board. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. Glad to be of help!
