CTRL PANEL SUB Assembly BQ WB07X10732

Received the part. Box was open on one end and while the panel was inside the box I am not sure all parts for the #130 on the diagram was contained. The person who shipped the part (a $700+ part) just took the box off the shelf, taped one end (not both) stuck the shipping label on it. Box looked like somebody stepped on one end of the box and as I said-- the other end was completely open. So I ordered another part for about $65 and the same place shipped it inside it's parts box wrapped in bubble wrap and inside anther shipping box. Why was the $65 part shipped in a good methodology and the $700 part was not even close to be shipped correctly. So I will find out next week if the $700 part survived the very poor shipping process provided. That is when the appliance repair person comes back to install part. Will NOT be happy if the part got damaged in transient.
