Exhaust fan broke
Pulled filter, pulled little clip that holds fan on to motor shaft. Placed new fan on (make sure turned right way, hard not to) put clip in place put filter back on. Done.

I bought the fan blade from you guys but i can't figure out how to remove the retaining clip to get the old blade out.

Thank you for your question. Using a pair of pliers, you should be able to grab that clip and pull it off of the shaft of the motor. Good luck with your repair.

Will the fan work if the blade is broken?

Hi Albert,
Thank you for your question. If the only thing that is broken is the fan blade, then the fan motor should still work. If it is not working with the broken fan blade still on it, remove it and see if the shaft will turn. If it does not, then there is an issue with the motor and you will need to test it with a multimeter to see if it is working correctly. If it is not, then you will need to replace it. Hello Sham, Thank you for the question. I looked up the part for your model and it is listed as No Longer Available/Discontinued sorry. There are no part substitutions listed.
