The oven door hinge came out of the insert, and the hinge will not fold (bend) to allow the oven door to close evenly. Do you have any suggestions?

Thanks for your question. We would recommend tightening the hinge back into the insert by checking if there is a hinge receiver that may be loose or shifted.

We took the door off before moving to a new place when we tried putting the door back the hinges shut and i don't know how to re-open them so that i can slide the door in or do i have to change the hinges?

Hello Marcelo, thank you for your question. You shouldn't have to order new hinges, but you may have to take the inner door panel off in order to open the hinge back up to install the door again. I hope this helps!

When reinstalling the oven door i pushed the hinge locks and the hinges sprung but i must not have fully seated the door. Now the door won’t reinstall and i can’t reset the hinges.
