Does part #16, gear motor and screw, include the electric motor, the gear connecting it to the screw, and the screw itself?

The motor part number is PS9492975 on your list and manufacturer part is GE WB26X21615. Can parts for the motor be purchased separately? The motor works fine, but I need the plastic cap on the motor that engages the screw rod.
