Flexible Coupling 917-0891

This OEM flexible coupling connects the engine shaft to the hydraulic pump shaft in your lawn equipment to transfer power. It has a 1/2-inch inner diameter and a 3/4-inch outer diameter. Typically located in the power transmission system, a broken coupling can cause excessive vibration, unusual noises, or shaft misalignment. A broken coupling may have physical damage like cracks or tears. Failure to replace a broken coupling can lead to further equipment damage, accelerated wear, and potential failure of connected parts. To remove the flexible coupling from your machine, you need to remove its retaining clips or fasteners with pliers or a screwdriver and detach the coupling itself afterward. You may need to apply lubricant on it if it is stubborn. This replacement part is sold individually.
