Hi Vijay, Thank you for your inquiry. The XL44 number you provided is not the model number for your appliance, but a product series number. The most common spots for a model number on a range are on the right side of the burner box or under one of the surface burners if the top lifts up, in the lower left hand corner unit with the door open, with the lower storage drawer door open on the left side of the unit or on the door jamb, on the outside of the bottom cabinet, in the upper left hand corner of the unit with door open, on the underside of the fuse cover and if you have a downdraft range, look for the model number inside the top of the vent duct. Hi Rick, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend cleaning the stove burners and the burner caps. Allow the burners to dry completely. If the issue still persists, you may need to replace the pressure regulator, part number PS8760219. It limits the incoming gas pressure to a safe and constant level for the burners.
