Difficulty Getting Igniter Glow Bar for GE Oven
Had I known when I placed the order with PartSelect that the part was actually on back order, I probably would have continued to shop around for another parts place that might actually have the part in stock. I have never had a place that I have ordered from charge my credit card immediately for a back ordered item, but PartSelect does. Interesting policy!! After calling three different times to check the status of my order and getting a different answer each time (it will be here July 9, it will be here July 19, it will be here July 26), I finally received the part, and it was busted . I immediately and had another part shipped, and surprisingly enough, it was still in stock and shipped the next day. The second part came in just fine. I would hesitate ordering from PartSelect again.
