I want to purchase control unit and power cord for shp65t55uc/02 dishwasher. Question is: Do this control unit and matching power cord come with male-female plug(original unit has black male-female plug both at control unit & power cord)? Thank you, Raman
For model number SHP65T55UC/02
Hello Ramen,
Thank you for your question. The control unit is under part PS8737042, the power cord is under part PS12719018 for your model, and the power cord is a male-female type plug for the dishwasher. We hope this helps.
My dishwasher won't stop trying to drain but there are no light on the controls and the display is blank - do you think this is a control panel issue? or something else? I tried powering is off but after waiting over 5 minutes, when I turn it on it immediately tries to drain again and no power to the control unit still.

Hello Victor, thank you for the question. We would recommend replacing the control unit, part number PS8737042. Good luck with your repair!

Dishwasher runs constantly. What do i need to check?
For model number SHP65T55UC
Hello Charles, thank you for your question. Here is something on I found on if your Dishwasher will not stop running.
If the WASH light shows, that indicates a heating fault
If the RINSE/DRY light shows, that indicates a filling fault
If the CLEAN light shows, that indicates a NTC (Temperature Sensor) fault.
I hope this helps.
