This is a 27-inch heating element that is designed for use within various makes and models of ovens and is a genuine OEM part that heats the appliance. This heating element comes with the necessary support brackets on the terminals to attach within your range. If you find that your range/oven is not heating evenly, taking noticeably longer to heat up, or simply not heating at all during the bake setting or is burnt out, you will need to replace the element immediately. Replacing this heating element is easy and only involves you disconnecting the range/oven from its wall outlet and using a screwdriver to disconnect and remove the element support bracket, allowing you to replace it.
