My water filter will not release when pushing on it. I called your 800 number and they said a hot towel on filter housing might work. Even a hair dryer wasn't helpful. What now ?

Hi William,
Thank you for your question. Normally, to remove the filter you just need to push in until you hear it click to release it and pull it out. To install the new one you just need to push it into place. If it is not coming out, you may have to remove the filter cover by unthreading the screw securing it. Then push the filter in until you hear the click and then release it. I hope this helps.
