I understand you can't reference my monogram (GE) unit , the model number on the appliance ( side by side built in refrigerator ) the tag on the unit reads ziss480dmcs and the serial # is rf 039720. My question has to do with the instructions for entering the ice dispenser unit, this unit does not have plastic bezel on the outside of the ss surface of the door therefor do we have to remove the ss skin to access the dispenser?

Hello David, thank you for your question. There might be a screw that can be removed to access the dispenser parts that sits under the drip tray. If you remove the tray and look down inside there might be a screw that can be removed. If not, the outer door skin would have to be removed to do this repair. I hope this helps!
