The part had different serial number, but customer service said it was compatible. Took longer than I thought to come in, especially since it was Fed Ex. But it is working beautifully.

Worked as expected.
Prior review was correct. Breaker was tripped and heard a popping noise while in another room. That is what I based my diagnosis on. Took half hour to replace. Make sure to make a note of 5 colored wires placement before taking off the defective part. 1/4 inch socket is all you need.

Up and down arrows do not adjust clock time or allow oven temperature to be raised or lowered, essentially oven is not able to heat or start at all...
For model number FEF352AWG
Hello Robert, Thank you for the question. Unfortunately this sounds like a faulty Electronic Clock/Timer Control Board. If there is no physical damage to the overlay touch pad, I suggest replacing the board. Thank you for your inquiry, good luck with this repair!
