I have 2 evaporator motors both are not running. I have 50v dc on end terminals to each motor. Not sure if this is correct

Hello Bill, Thank you for the question. If both fans stopped working at the same time, you may have an issue with the PCB Board, PartSelect Number PS11710918 that controls them. Hope this helps!

my freezer is working fine the lower drawer but the top is warm i cant feel any air blowing out of vents i removed back panel i see the hole to fan its turning but not hard enough to get air up to vents
