Received the part (switch box), but it did not solve the issue of NOT being able to turn off the light
Have ordered the main circuit board to see if that is the issue. I replaced this same main circuit board within the last two years due the light flickering. Hope this new part does the trick and hopefully I can return the switch.

Lights do not turn off. They stay on, on the lowest setting. Not sure if the problem is the control switch or the main board. As both parts are very expensive i do not wish to replace both parts unless absolutely necessary. Thanks for your help.
For model number ZVC36L1SS
Hello Robert, thank you for writing. This is most likely due to a faulty Main Board, part number PS11700832 for your range hood. Good luck with your repair!
