The heat lamp switch plastic red housing cracked and fell off. Is this an easy replacement with the part by popping out the remaining part and popping this replacement part in?

Hi Rommel,
Thank you for your question. This is a repair you can do yourself. Before starting any repair, turn the power off to the range hood. Use a putty or kitchen knife to pry the switch forward and depress the bottom the clips to remove it. Take note of how the wires are positioned and use a pair of needle nose pliers to remove them. Then plug the wires into the new switch and place the switch into the range hood. We hope this helps with the repair!
