i have double oven the bottom oven works top oven only the top element gets hot is thatb a control board problem

Hi Bill, thank you for getting in touch. Based on our understanding, the issue is most probably with the upper oven bake element, part number PS978771. We would recommend replacing the bake element before replacing the control board. We hope this solves your problem!
