Easy Repair--But still NOT Working
Greetings
I sent back a couple of weeks ago two or three parts. One being the O-ring that fits behind the PS6011700 and the second being the knob that goes in front of this PS6011700 piece. The Short story is that the Dial Assembly still is not fixed and just continues to spin. I tried the old pieces and the new ones. Oh yea I haven't heard from you since I sent the parts back. Today is November 1st. 2018.

Timer knob spins freely, does not engage.
You would think the timer was bad but it wasn't. The timer mount engineered is not sufficient and mounts brake so timer gets pushed off of broken mounts, then timer does not catch. Pathetic. Mount a U type bracket on back of metal back plate which acts as a stop for the timer. Use duct tape timer to keep timer from sliding down.
