Easy Replacement
Received second order okay. First order was damaged in route. Customer service was very accommodating in replacing my order Part was okay with a couple of minor dents, but not serious enough to return. Was installed easily and looks okay.

Damaged part
Part was easy to install, but has two dents. I went ahead and installed because the other one was completely broken. I'm hoping to get another one or a refund.

Replace Microwave Top Grill Piece
The tabs on the bottom rail of the grill part did not line up with the slots on the microwave.
I had to cut the four tabs off to get a fit.

Broken top grill
removed remaining screw and old grill. fitted new part - tabs on bottom rail did not line up with openings in main unit. had to cut the four tabs off. installed with two top rail screws.
The prior grill fell off and dented my microwave it's 5 yrs old.
Place the clips in proper area and it just clipped on. There are holes for screws but none came with it and I none in my prior grill. You would think that would help hold it up there. Hmmmm

Hello. I'm trying to replace the top grill cover. The upper most part on my microwave. It was manufactured in January 2007, however, a parts search on your site didn't yield a match. Can you help?

I need to remount the top vent grille to the microwave, the plastic piece broke were the screws go in and it will not hold it on.
For model number DVM1850SM4SS
Hello Theresa, Thank you for the question. The tabs the screws go into to hold the grille to the appliance are only sold as part of the Grille, PartSelect Number PS6447606. Hope this helps!
I think this is the right part. The tabs broke on my old one. Do i need to buy replacement screws as well?
For model number JVM1850SM4SS
Hi Kent, thank you for your question. You would only need to get screws if you do not have the screws that originally came with your appliance. Good luck with your repair.
