The pan under my fridge is dry. I have a feeling the drain tube is block as i have water dripping down the back of the inside and into the crisper area. How is the best way to unclogged this tube?
For model number FRT18IL6DMM
Hello Frank, Thank you for the question. The best way to ensure the tube is clean and not clogged is to remove it from the appliance. You can use cleaning solution and a pipe cleaner. Hope this helps, good luck with this repair!

Pan at bottom of refrigerator on left is full of water. How do we remove this pan to empty water and also where is this water coming from.
For model number LFTR1814LW6
Hi Betsy,
Thank you for your question. The water in the drain pan under your refrigerator will eventually evaporate. The condenser fan is located near the drain pan and keeps air circulating under the refrigerator, allowing the water that accumulates in the pan to evaporate before the pan overflows. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

I know the pan normally has some water but now the pan keeps overflowing. Could the tube be stopped up and if so how do I clear it?
For model number LFTR1814LW6
Hi Betsy, Thank you for the question. If the tube was blocked the pan would have no water since the blockage would not allow the water to go through and into the pan.If the pan was emptied and still overflows fairly quickly, I suggest testing the Defrost Timer,PartSelect Number PS423802. The appliance might be going into the defrost cycle to soon and causing the extra water in the pan.Hope this helps!

I have water collecting in the bottom of the refrigerator. I'm sure the drain is clogged. Where is the drain hole inside the refrigerator? I've seen on some models where you can clean it out with warm water or a pipe cleaner without having to remove the drain line. I just can't seem to find the drain hole.
Thank you
For model number FFTR1814TW5
Hi Rusty, thank you for your inquiry. Based on our research, the drain hole is located at the back wall of the refrigerator near the bottom. We hope this is helpful!

Main refrigerator compartment gets warm 3 weeks after unplugging and defrosting. Is there a"Defrost Timer" for this unit? I did not see one. Freezer gets cold, but not main compartment, untill unit turned off and manually defrosted, and then when plugged back in, it works fine for a few weeks, then the issue repeats. *Compressor seems to be working OK. Freezer Vents freeze over and a few weeks.
Suggestioons?
For model number FFTR1814TW0
Hi Justin, thank you for reaching out. Yes, there is a defrost timer, but before replacing it, we would suggest checking the defrost thermostat, part number PS6448122. It protects the evaporator from overheating during the defrost cycle. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope that helps!
