Archie stainless steel metal door handle for my microwave got detached from the door since both small black plastic parts that keep the handle attached to the door broke down at the same time. Now can you tell me if the part showing up in your site catalog is the same or different since I see the same black one? Let me know please what it looks like, since we want to buy one for our microwave.

Can you just buy the black klips that hold on the handle or do you have to buy the whole new handle. I ordered what i thought was the correct one from you order #12664103 and got a white handle i need the stainless one. Hopefully i can just get the clips that hold it to the door

I need to replace the door handle, it snapped off. The top screw i can see to unscrew. How do i get to the bottom screw? It seems to be covered from the inside of the door..

Thank you for your question. To access the screws for the door handle, you will need to pry the back door panel off gently with a putty knife. Once the back panel has been removed, remove the interior panel. With these parts removed you will now have access to the screws.
