My brand new dishwasher has a leak and it seems that it is coming from the water supply valve. There looks to be a gap around one side of the seam between the top portion of the valve and the "t" section of pipe that it is part of. Can you tell me if those parts thread together, or if there is some reason that it may look like it's not completely seated together? Thanks! - dave

Hello Dave, Thank you for your inquiry. One tube is threaded onto the valve and the other is held on with a clamp. I would double check the hoses and connections. Make sure there are not leaks in the hoses and that the clamp is tight. Check the valve as well. If there are any kind of cracks in the valve, it will have to be replaced. Hope this helps!
